This is an RP scene from WoW when we had "Girl's Night Out" and this is a depiction of Caela after having too much "Church". It was the only way they could convince her to drink the rum by calling it "Church".
The mook in the dress in the background is Alkan after being drugged and cross-dessed so that he could attend too.
In the lower right is the conversation of an elf girl who was apparently an expert at everything.
This picture really does not justice for how humorous that night was but the picture surely captures the moment well.
